Marriage and Bankruptcy

I am in severe debt. I haven't worked since 4/01. I am gettig married in June of 2003. I want to know if I file bankruptcy how will it affect my future husband? Also, I am working on opening a business, how will bankruptcy affect me in getting funding?

You can file without a husband's name on the papers and it is all done with social security numbers anyway, so your filing will not affect his credit history status
