i was married and divoreced in 2006 in the property settlement my ex wife is owed 20000 but last yearmy company and myself personallly were put into invoulantry bk chapter 7 sold home in march 2010 and had to bring 6 000 to closing is her debt dischargeable

No. Debts owed because of separation and divorce decrees are specifically not dischargable in bankruptcy.
