Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Married I am forced to file Bankruptcy Chapter 7
My wife has a bank account in her name with me as a authorized user- I am in IL
She opened it two years ago-
Will this bank account become BK asset beacuse I am an authorized user on it?

Although you will have to list this on your schedules, I don't believe the Trustee would take any money since you are on the account "for convenience only".
