Obtaining student loans after backruptcy
My son is 14 years old, If we file a chapter 7 now, will we have a problem getting him a student loan when he graduates in 4 years and wants to go to college?

You may have difficulty getting your son a loan when he graduates. Bankruptcy will affect your credit. Many college loan programs request financial information from the parents. But your son may get a scholarship or your financial situation may completely turn around after your bankruptcy so you may not need any loans. Good luck to you.
