parking ticket fines owed to City of Chicago
I'm in the process of filing a chapter 7 BK, and I want to know if I can include the parking tickets in the debt dismissal? They are 7 years old but still are in the system.

Parking tickets are typically dischargeable, but you want to include ALL debts in your bankruptcy filings, not just the ones you think will be discharged.
