Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
If you pay a retainer fee for a bankruptcy and decide to not file, are you entitled to receive some of that retainer fee back.

Should be. Although, usually, most of an attorneys work is done before the actual filing, so it certainly wont be a considerable amount.
