Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

I worked for a seed company that went bankrupt and I never recieved the the last months paycheck even though the court is recieving hundreds of thousands back from people the company paid in the last ninty days it was in business. Will I get anything and is there anything I can do. company went bankrupt in sept. 2002

File a complaint with the US Dept of Labor, Wage & Hour Division. Free. They do a good job. If they can't get the $ probably no one can.
