Paying the Attorney

Is it true that, an attorney who represents a bankruptcy case automatically becomes an undeclared creditor of the client whom he/she represents and therefor, the client is not legally obligated to pay the attorney fees?

It would appear that there is some case law to this effect, which is the reason why BK lawyers like to be paid up front. Whether this concept applies is dependent upon the facts and circumstances of the case. I hope that you aren't trying to get out of paying the person that has helped you. This is akin to a dog biting the hand that feeds it.
