Property taxes and bankruptcy
Can delinquent property taxes be paid back through Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filing? If not, is there an Installment Redemption Program offered in Illinois for repayment of Delinquent Property Taxes?

Split authority on that point, one case pro, and one contra, my jurisdiction has not decided yet/ I do not know of any installment program to pay past due real estate taxes.
