Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

protection

Im looking into filing Bankrupicy soon. I recently had and accerdent with out insurance and state farm is coming after me. The car that I was driving was not mine this I recently gave this person $3000.00 cash loan which they refuse to pay and stated that if I did not pay state farm they will sue to make sure they do not get hit. Is there a way that I can also put this person on my bankrupicy. To protect my self from being sued by the owner of the car I was driving. This person owes me moore then that and is look to file also.

Re: protection

If you were not driving drunk, you could discharge both State Farm, the other driver, and your "friend". If you live in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, call me at (63)893-2494 if you have any further questions.

Re: protection

Most likely but we would have to discuss in more detail. Give me a call (630) 253-2900 and we can go over the details. There is no charge for the consultation.
