For purposes of filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy, is my ex-wife an affiliate of mine is she recently filed a chapter 7 and it has not discharged?

I THINK I know what you are getting at, and if so, the answer is "no". But she may be a co-debtor on some of your debt.
