Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

question about my lawyer

my lawyer advised us when we filed chapter 13

several things that were not correct.he told us when our lien for our veh was up they would let us keep it if not we would be allocated that money toward a new veh. we even asked the same question to the trustee the day of filing they now say they cant because we owe more on our house then what was said. I have tried to get the lawyer to show me this proof to no avail and the bank wont talk to me they say he has it.We tried to purchase a veh out of are allowance no one will give us a loan as long as we are in chapter 13

also he said are taxes were to be paid thru the chapter 13 and now our property has been sold for back taxes.my husband has been with out a veh for over a year now and now my lease is up waiting for them to take my veh will not return are calls most of the time. what can i do?

Time to Hire a new Lawyer, if your questions are not answered timely. Since you have many issues that take looking at your paperwork, to be sure I suggest you look for another experienced Bankruptcy Lawyer
