Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Reaffirming debt when debtor is pro se
I received a reaffirmation agreement for my car. The bank didn't lower the interest or the amount owed to be no more then the car is worth. I will not be able to afford the keep it unless they do. How do I do the counter offer?
Thanks,
Michelle
