receipts for proof of rent

my wife and i rent from my parents who have two houses on the same property,we are filing for chapter 7 and need to know what the court needs to show proof of rent since its just an oral agreement between us.

Re: receipts for proof of rent

Ask your parents to provide you with proof that you have been paying rent. If the trustee does not ask you for proof then you might not need to present proof.
