Can I re-file after divorce
I filed Chapter 7 almost 4 years ago while married, I was wanting to know if I can re-file now on my own.

Re: Can I re-file after divorce
You can refile for a Chapter 7 every 6 years. You can however file under Chapter 13 usually as long as you agree to pay all of your debts over at least a 3 year period.

You can't file a 7 until the expiration of 6 years. However, you can file a Wage Earner Plan (Ch. 13) now.
