Revelaing all debts
Why do I have to reveal all debts when filing bankruptcy if I am going to continue to pay on some of them?

A basic principle of bankruptcy law is that all creditors are treated alike. If this is not so, a disgruntled creditor can file a motion to dismiss the bankruptcy petition and deny a discharge to a debtor not treating all creditors alike.
