Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Trustee
Is there a time limit as to when a trustee can request money from a bankruptcy after it has been discharged?
My Bankruptcy was discharged several months ago and I have never heard from the trustee.

Re: Trustee
I'm sorry, but I can't understand your question. And, I've been doing BKs for 20 years. Would you like to try again?

Re: Trustee
What do you mean when you say the trustee is requesting money? What type of bankruptcy are you filing (Chapter 7, 13, or 11?) Did you have an attorney help you file?
