Did you reaffirm or not?

Contact your attorney. Ask him/her for a copy of the reaffirmation agreement. Send the copy to the creditor.

IS it realy reaffirmed

In order for a reaffirmation to be binding it has to be filed with the court. Yoyu should call the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office and see if the reaff was ever filed. If it was not, it is not yet a valid reaff. You should also call your lawyer and find out his/her version of where the reaff is. In addition I'm not really sure your credit will be any more adversely effected.
