Urgent! Please tell me if an Automatic Stay can be reinstated once it has be lifted?

It would depend on the circumstances, i.e. why it was lifted. You should be able to appeal the lifting of the automatic stay, depending on which debt it was lifted for, if you do it quickly.
If you tell me which debt the automatic stay was lifted for I can tell you more.
