Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Vehicle Disposial
My husband and I filed Bankruptcy over a year ago, included in that bankruptcy was two vehicles that are junk but were secured. Those vehicles are still in our possession in our yard. Both leinholders still have title to said vehicles and I've been told by my attorney that there is no way to dispose of the vehicles, Is this true, and if not what can we do to be rid of them.

Actually, you will have to file and present a motion to the court for leave to junk the vehicles.
