What do I do if the company did not want the car back before bankruptcy and now that I have filed it what do I do? They did not know I was filing bankruptcy.

Re: Vehicle filed in bankruptcy
Your bankruptcy lawyer should advise you of your options. You can give the car back or you can keep it. If you keep it yuou must be current on your payments and have insurance coverage. If you do not the bank can petition the court to take the car back.

I do not understand the question. The company would have to know you were filing because you are required to tell them.
