Wage Garnishment
I need to know what i can legally do to stop a wage deduction notice .
I owe a medical bill ,I want to pay it
they have filed I have until au 15th to respond i want to pay it 50.00$ a month but the guy they have handling the case wants the full 508.00$
What can i do ?

Go to Court , beg the judge to give you an installment order, but the first time you miss, you are subject to contempt charges ( not good ), could file ch 13 payment plan with federal court and have up to 5 years to pay on all your debts, and they cannot attemept any further collections efforts, or they will be in contempt of court
