Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
I am wanting to file bankruptcy but cannot afford the upfront fees. I am 19,000 dollars in debt and just need some help. Is there anyway I can file for bankruptcy for free or very little cost?

If you qualify under the Federal Court's guidelines you may be able to get your filing fees waived by the court. It is also possible to include your litigation costs in your bankruptcy estate, but the court will give its fees priority over any debt repayments.
