Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
My wife filed chapter 13 bankruptcy about 6 months ago. I did not think I would need to at the time because I was talking to a debt settlement company. Well, it looks like I will have to file bankruptcy. My question is does my wife's filing affect my ability to file for bankruptcy?
