Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
My wife purchased a house in Illnois with her ex boyfriend before meeting me. They broke up and she moved to Pa with me. We dated and then I bought a house under my name only. She is not paying her mortgage for her house in Illnois and will likely be taken from the bank. Is there anyway that her bank can come after me with fees?

You don't have any liability on your wife's house. A foreclosure won't help your joint credit rating any as it will adversely effect her rating but nothing should be able to touch you directly. Also most banks are writing off any losses unless a mortgagor wants to redeem the property.
Your wife's foreclosure or bankruptcy, if needed, should not impact you, except in impacting you should you desire joint credit in the future or if you maintain joint assets and they pursue her for a judgment balance. Speak to an attorney in your area about how to hold your accounts and property to best legally protect yourself.
