Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
My wife is sick and tired of trying to deal with her horrible bankruptcy attorney and wants me to basically deal with them on her behalf from now on. Of course, they won't give me the time of day. How can I legally take over for her, gain complete access and act on her behalf?

If your wife grants you power of attorney, then you should be able to handle the communications on her behalf. I would use a very specific power of attorney relating to this matter and expiring within a few months.
Alternatively, if there is more going on, it may be in your wife's interest to consider whether a request for a refund is appropriate and a change in attorneys is warranted.
