Workers comp & Bankruptcy
If my company declares bankruptcy or closes, what happens to the employees that are currently going through the worker's compensation program for current treatments/ surgeries/ rehabilitation?

Good question. Normally the company's insurer pays for the WC medical. The better question is what does that insurer do when it isn't paid the premiums.... Have you thought to contact the United States Department of Labor about this? I'm sure that there are rules about this, but since labor law is not my area. Good Luck
