Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
I was working for a company who was suspose to send in my bankruptcy payments but they didn't they did deduct the payment amounts from my check bi-weekly. the trustee is trying to dismiss me from the program I was informed to make a attempt to make some type of payment arrangements Im willing but dont have alot will that help as well as making $400 instead of the $330 until Im caught up an start with $200 down?

Wait a minute....your $ was taken out of your paycheck and not paid to the Trustee? And the Trustee wants to dismiss your 13? I think not. What does your lawyer say? For God's sake, you paid that individual $ to represent you. You probably signed the court's representation agreement, which makes the lawyer your lawyer until THE END OF THE CASE! Why don't you call him or her up? If this case is in the Chicago area, call me up.
