When passing out advertising flyers, can i place them into mail boxes.

No, but you can place them on and above and below as long as you dont interfere with the mailpersons ability to deliver and recieve

Mailboxes are for U.S. mail only. You can attach them to the outside of the mailbox, but can't put the flyers inside.
