Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Affirmative Action Contracts
From time to time in my consulting engineer business I have the opportunity to pursue work that is offered first to minority businesses. My wife is a from a minority race. I was thinking of incorporating a business that she would own. Then her corporation could get the contracts and my business would do the work and invoice her corporation.
Would this be illegal?
