Agreement
What is a legal Agreement between two parties and should it be signed by both parties or just one. Does party who prepared the agreement have to sign it ? Or the other party accepting the terms will only sign?

An agreement can be oral or written, although for some things it must be written. If written, all parties should sign and date and it is al;ways a good practice to have the signatures witnessed or notarized.
