Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Artist release for use of artwork or photo to not for profit club (yearly logo) used on items for sale by organization. Release form required? Notarize or require a witness signature to be legal? Contract is mailed to artist signed/dated and returned to club secretary currently. Is this enough of a contract? thanks

As a Franchise Attorney I ask that you repost your question with more detail. Who is releasing who, and for what? What does the yearly logo have to do with it? A good release is normally required. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
