Does the ''Target Business'' include all businesses other than golf when stated like this?
''WHEREAS, Seller is engaged in the business of selling weather-related information and services to the North American domestic golf industry (the ''Target Business''), amoung other busineses;

It's always risky to interpret one sentence in any legal document out of the context of the whole agreement, but based upon the placement of the definition "Target Business" immediately after the clause "to the North American domestic golf industry," I think that the most likely interpretation is that "Target Business" does NOT include businesses other than golf.
