Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
auto trade in
I started leasing a car for my husband 2 days ago. He is leaving, and I wanted to trade the car in for a four door(even if I take a lose). The dealer said I could not do that. Is there anything I can do, it has not even be a full 48 hours?

Re: auto trade in
You need to read over the lease agreement. There should be a provision for early termination or trade in.
