Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
My boss has quietly directed two suppliers to charge our company 2% more on our material purchases than they would normally bill us. The additional 2% is then sent to him personally at his home address. I won't say how, but I have the proof. I'm a member of the Executive Board of the company. This activity seems illegal to me. My question is " Is the activity illegal and what liability do I assume by not reporting it ? Who do I report it to ?

I'm not sure how this "company" is organized, or what you mean by "Executive Board". But, it seems to me that you might have a legal duty to report it to the other board members, or the shareholders, or perhaps even the legal authorities. Have an attorney look everything over and then follow your attorney's advice.
