Business idea
If someone provides a free internet based service thats not widely publicized can I set up a dot com and charge a fee to sell the information to people on how to get this free service for themselves?

Sure. Sounds like an internet tv guide in a way. Free programming and you purchases the TV Guide to learn what is on. I do not see much difference.
