Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I have a business that help investors get funding for their real estate investment projects, do I need to file the BOI a new requirement that became a law in January 2024, in which certain companies are exempt….would my company be considered exemption?

You're talking about the "Corporate Transparency Act" that was supposed to take effect 1/1. But there is an injunction - the plaintiffs say this is an invasion of privacy (constitutionally speaking). So right now it appears nobody has to comply with it.
