Can a business owner pay a portion of employee health benefits for some employees but not for others?

Any attorney will tell you it depends on how the benefit plan is set up. For example, some companies only offer benefits to management who have been there a certain period of time. This is not a simple bulletin board question. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
