Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

hi..

please help. I had to change my job and move on with another timings. So I had to pull out my kid from the school because they did not have the timings available to me. My question is ....

Does any pre-school have a consent or agreement that the parents have to pay the whole year fees even if they have to move on to another school for personal reasons???? I Paid for two months when My kid was there of which I gave them one month notice of discontinuing and they are asking me to pay for nine (9) months!!!! .

As the other attorney say, the agreement controls. It is common for schools like these to have one-year contracts. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
