code of business conduct
Can my employer require me to acknowledge a ''code of business conduct'' every year? Doesn't my employment with the company insure that I abide by the company code?

Yes. No. However, your failure to acknowledge the "code of business conduct" may insure that you do not have continued employment with the company.
