Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
If you know someone who has comitted fraud and as a result has a record and has just received a new job in HR, having access to people's personal info.
Could those with the knowledge of this info contact the company that hired the person in question and inform them of this? Could those who inform get in trouble as a result?

Not sure what you mean by, "in trouble," but if this information is public record, and the information relayed is wholly truthful, there would certainly not be anything illegal about it.
