Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Company Liability
I sign checks for a company that has been bouncing them lately, can I as an employee be liable for this or be involved in a crime. I only write the check when the owner tells me to.

Let me understand your employment situtation some more. Do you write the checks and at the same time have access or knowledge of the checkbook balance? This message does not dontain legal advice as you are not as yet my client.
