Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Help with contract
I need to get out of a contract. It's a 2 year contract, we're half way through, but I can't afford it any longer & we're just not getting anything for the money. How do I(can I) get out?

A lawyer would need to review the contract.

Re: Help with contract
Your question is just too vague. I need to see the contract, and see what has been given to you prior to the time you wish to rescind. These type of things are just not that simple.
