Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
contractual capacity
I am just learning about minors and ratification. I was told there are three types, but I only see two; Expressed Ratification, and Implied Ratification. In your response can you include your definitions for these two, and also let me know if there is a third type? Thank you.

Re: contractual capacity
any action that shows an intent to be bound by the contract after the minor reaches majority will usually suffice as ratification. You might want to look at a law dictionary for definitions.
