Creating a Business

I need to create a business and want to know what is best ... LLC, S Corp, etc. I created a singles web site, provide DJ services and sell printing. I am also going to be using a merchant services account and need a business entity for that service.

There are advantages and disadvantages to every entity. If you don't have an accountant with whom to discuss the tax issues, then find a lawyer who can help you put everything together, as there are a number of considerations involved in choosing and setting up any corporate entity. It's difficult to provide too much information to you in this forum without having further information from you.
