credit card fee
Can a company charge a client a fee for
paying with a credit card? Example: A
company claims that ''There is a 3%
processing fee on all credit card
payments.'' Is that legal for us to put
on our clients?

Normally it violates the agreement with the merchant services company. Its not illegal though.
