When a customer complaints on broken tooth because of a bone in the meat, is the restaurant liable for any of it? Are we supposed to inform it to our insurance?

There are cases that support liability depending on all of the circumstances. I know that I have obtained a recovery for clients on two separate occasions against a restaurant and their meat supplier. You should report the incident to your insurer.
