designs on vases
If I purchase ribbons, stickers, printed paper or material at a craft store and there is no instruction on what I can and cannot do with the sellers disign, may I then use these designs for decoration my vases and sell them at a craft fair or on the internet?

If the designs are not copyrighted, you can use them. If they are you need permission.
