Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
my employer stated that they over paid my by a large amount and say it was my fault and called it fradulent time submissions. They say that I need to call them to arrainge for payment or they will seek legal action. What can happen to me legally?

If you did submit fraudulent time sheets, I imagine they would be able to sue you for what you were overpaid.
