Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
employers vs waitress on discrepancy in tickets
Employer makes employees pay any shortages on bills caused by honest calculation errors (any amount). All tickets are done manually and all servers are allowed to add to your ticket. They are also making us pay for errors in food orders whether it's customer error or our own error or any server.
